Hello and welcome to The Metalhead Box tracking page. On this page you will find information and FAQ's regarding tracking your Metalhead Boxes.
How do I get my tracking number? A shipping label will be generated roughly one week before ship out day. ALL BOXES SHIP ON OR AROUND THE END OF EACH MONTH. No boxes move on Weekends and Holidays. Once a shipping label has been generated, an email will be sent to your email address. This is the email address you used to sign up to The Metalhead Box, and the one you use for PayPal. Please check your spam and or junk folders if you are unable to find this email in your inbox. The sender of this email will be from CANADA WORLDWIDE INC - a third party shipper we currently use.
When will my tracking information appear? Tracking information will appear the same day your shipping label was generated (see above). But you should see tracking events within 24-48 hours after your package has been processed in either a USPS, DHL or Canada Post facility.
When will I receive by Box? Once your package has been processed by DHL, they hand over your boxes to your countries postal service. For US destined packages, your package will be delivered by your US Postal carrier at the time they typically deliver all of your mail. For international destined packages, your package will be delivered to your location by the local delivery vendor for that destination. Please note for Canadian subscribers, Canada Post will be delivering your box.
How do I track my Box? There will be a link in the email you receive from CANADA WORLDWIDE INC (please remember to look in your SPAM or JUNK folders if you cannot locate this email in your inbox). This link will start with the address: https://smartepost.aftership.com/{your tracking number here} and your tracking number will be at the end of this link.
Click this link and you will be directed to your tracking numbers progress. See example below. Click "View tracking history" to view progress and receive updates
I have not seen any progress for days, what do I do now? It some times takes 24-48 hours before tracking numbers are updated by DHL. If after this time, there is still no movement, you may try the steps below. Please remember that shipping times vary, with averages being US shipments 1.5-2 weeks for delivery, Europe 2 weeks, and the rest of the world 2-4 weeks.
THE STEPS BELOW ARE FOR ALL DESTINATIONS OTHER THAN CANADA
1. Right click over the words "DHL eCommerce" 2. Click on "Open link in new tab"
After STEP 2 a new window will open...leave this window and go back to your tracking number page.
3. Highlight and copy your tracking number
Go to the new window you have opened, which should be the direct DHL tracking website. If this site does not open, please type https://webtrack.dhlglobalmail.com
4. Paste your tracking number on to the section with "Enter up to 50 tracking numbers..." 5. Click "TRACK"
Your boxes tracking info will appear after clicking "TRACK" When DHL hands off your box to your countries Postal Service, they will sometimes assign a new tracking number. This number will be located to the right on the screen and should be in RED coloured font.
6. Click this tracking number in RED
Another window will open after clicking on the RED tracking number described in STEP 6. This window will be your countries Postal Services website and tracking inquiry screen. Just like the example to the left.
