What are my subscription options?

When will my Metalhead Box be shipped?
How long does my Metalhead Box take to get here once it's shipped?
We ship all Metalhead Boxes via Canada Postal Service Priority Mail, it can take between 2-4 days for your package to be delivered to customers in Canada. International shipments may take a bit longer, often 4-6 weeks and depending on customs.
Can I give The Metalhead Box as a gift?
Yes! Just click "Give a Gift" at the top of our page.
How much DOES The Metalhead Box cost?
How many items are included in each Metalhead Box?
Each Metalhead Box contains 5-7 items, including T-Shirts, CDs, stickers, patches and so many other cool exclusive items.
What payment methods do you accept?
The Metalhead Box currently accepts; PayPal and processes Credit Card payments via PayPal as well.
How Do I CaNCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION?
It’s very easy to cancel. Just email us at email@example.com with your information (ie your order number, the name and shipping address of the subscription) and we’ll take care of your cancellation from our end. Or visit http://www.themetalheadbox.com/cancel-my-subscription/
Make sure to cancel 48 hours before the 15th of any month. Any cancellation after this period will begin the next month.

DO You have a T-Shirt size chart?
I did not receive a tracking number
Once we generate a shipping label, usually one week before ship out day, you will receive an email notifying you of your tracking number. This email will go to your PAYPAL assigned email address, and will be from a company called CANADA WORLDWIDE INC. This is our third party shipper, that works with DHL. Please check your spam and or junk folders in your email if you cannot locate in your inbox. If you have any questions you can always send us an email or use the form to your left. HOW DO I UPDATE MY ACCOUNT INFO?
You can update your account info by clicking "MY ACCOUNT" at the top of this page. We will make any changes to your account you would like for you. Need an address change? Need to change genres? Need a shirt size change? Simply click MY ACCOUNT, fill out the form and we will make the changes for you
